The Vortex System

Proven Methodology

Proven Methodology

The Vortex system is a way of assembling a grapple truck, but also a parts and service support system that keeps you going. For 20 years we have engaged in the debris removal industry at every level—and as truck owners, we know what you're losing when you go down.

With that in mind, we match what we feel are the finest and most dependable components that are available with an approach to the assembly that is based on years of experience.

Our goal is to build you the right truck for your application, and build your truck right, then support you in every way possible.

weldingSuperior Quality

The only loaders and grapples that meet our standards are built by Rotobec. Our bodies are designed to be nearly indestructible.

What the average truck and equipment shop doesn't know is that your grapple is like a wrecking ball. Our standard bodies are built with Hardox steel and heavy walled tubing, to withstand the pounding they take, day in and day out.

Our oil cooler keeps your loader from cooking and our protection system keeps your oil cooler from being destroyed by a slip of the joystick.

PlumbingPremium Plumbing

Last but not least is plumbing. This is where most people go wrong. We spare no expense plumbing a truck.

One day down buys a premium plumbing job. All of our hoses are pressure over rated and over sized to reduce friction. Every steel line is attached to the truck with weld-on clamps. A soft line is never left "out in the air" or rubbing on the frame. All pressure circuits are 4000 psi rated or higher. Inferior plumbing on a grapple truck is a ticking time bomb.

There is simply no reason to skimp on plumbing your truck, and here at Vortex we're not going to.

ValueValue

We are a value oriented company. It is our belief that you get what you pay for. At Vortex Truck and Equipment we will not take shortcuts to enhance our profit.

We've learned a thing or two about the best way to build trucks since we set out to build our first one more than 15 years ago. As professionals from fields that rely on our equipment, from debris removal to forestry, we are more aware than anyone of the demands placed on our equipment, and the frustration when it fails.
